Privacy Notice

How Pantheon Network LLC handles personal information in connection with Good Signal.

Translations of this Notice may be provided for convenience. To the extent permitted by law, the English version controls.

About this Notice

Pantheon Network LLC (“Pantheon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Good Signal, a Pantheon Network product.

This Notice explains how we handle personal information through Good Signal websites, account and billing features, customer-feedback and survey flows, public profiles and widgets, support channels, and related communications.

Pantheon determines how personal information is used for account administration, billing, security, support, marketing, and operation and improvement of the Good Signal platform. When a business uses Good Signal to collect feedback, that business determines why the feedback is collected and how it will be used, and Pantheon processes the information on the business’s behalf to provide Good Signal. Requests concerning feedback controlled by a business may therefore need to be directed to that business.

Information we process

The information we process depends on how Good Signal is used.

Account and business information may include names, email addresses, organization and business names, websites, business locations, account roles, authentication information, account preferences, Community-plan application information, and support requests.

Customer-feedback and survey information may include ratings, written feedback, answers to survey questions, selected topics, item-level ratings or comments, language, optional names, email addresses and telephone numbers, requests for follow-up, preferred contact methods, newsletter choices, public-display choices, external review-destination actions, and related timestamps. When enabled, this may also include testimonial videos or other media.

Billing information may include subscription status, plan, billing cycle, transaction and tax information, payment-provider customer references, promotion information, and related records. Payment providers process payment-card or bank information under their own privacy practices. Good Signal generally receives transaction status and payment references rather than complete payment credentials.

Communications information may include messages submitted through contact forms, emails, support requests, and other communications with Pantheon or a business using Good Signal.

Technical and usage information may include IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser information, pages and features used, referring pages, timestamps, authentication and session events, error logs, rate-limit information, and security events.

Generated and derived information may include translations, classifications, summaries, optional draft responses, aggregate statistics, usage measurements, and other results produced from information submitted through Good Signal.

We receive information directly from account users and feedback submitters, from businesses using Good Signal, automatically from browsers and devices, and from service providers such as authentication, payment, hosting, email, and security providers.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, administer, maintain, and secure Good Signal;
  • authenticate users and manage accounts, businesses, locations, permissions, plans, and billing;
  • collect, store, organize, analyze, and deliver feedback to the relevant business;
  • support customer-requested follow-up and communications;
  • display feedback or testimonials when public display has been authorized;
  • direct customers to external review destinations selected by a business;
  • translate feedback and provide optional classifications, summaries, or draft responses;
  • provide business analytics and reporting;
  • answer inquiries and provide technical or customer support;
  • understand use of Good Signal and improve its reliability, security, accessibility, and features;
  • prevent fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of Pantheon, our customers, and others.

AI and translation features

When a business uses a translation, classification, summarization, or draft-response feature, the content needed to perform that feature may be sent to an AI or translation service provider.

These features are optional operational tools. Their results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by the business before use. Information is disclosed to these providers only as needed to provide and support the selected feature or as otherwise permitted by law.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information:

  • to the business that collected the feedback and its authorized account members;
  • to service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, translation, AI features, analytics, rate limiting, security, support, and form routing;
  • to an external review or other destination when a customer chooses to open or interact with that destination;
  • publicly, when a feedback submitter or authorized business user chooses or approves public display;
  • to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or resolve disputes; and
  • in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use customer-feedback information for targeted advertising.

Public content and external destinations

When public display is authorized, information such as a display name, rating, written review, testimonial media, and relevant dates may become publicly available through a Good Signal profile, page, or widget. Public information may be indexed, cached, copied, or redistributed by others.

Good Signal does not intentionally include private contact details, contact-request information, newsletter choices, internal notes, or other private follow-up fields in a public review record. A person should nevertheless avoid placing private information within text or media intended for public display.

When a person leaves Good Signal for an external review destination or other third-party service, that service’s own terms and privacy practices apply.

Cookies and browser storage

Good Signal uses cookies and similar browser storage where needed for authentication, security, language selection, form continuity, draft recovery, preferences, and other functional purposes.

A manual language choice may be stored in the functional gs_marketing_locale cookie for up to one year. Good Signal may also use local or session storage for functional settings and continuity.

Good Signal does not currently use non-essential analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Before introducing non-essential analytics or similar tracking, we will update this Notice and provide any notice, consent mechanism, or other choice required by applicable law.

Retention

Retention depends on the type of information, why it was collected, the business customer’s instructions, account status, and applicable legal, billing, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.

Feedback and related account information are generally retained while the relevant business or account remains active or until the information is deleted through an applicable account, business, or data-removal process. Public copies and generated records are handled as part of the corresponding deletion process, subject to reasonable technical delays and backup cycles.

Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, audit, and dispute records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary. We may also retain information in de-identified or aggregated form when it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss. No online service, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account users are responsible for protecting their credentials, devices, and authorized access to their accounts.

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on applicable law and the nature of our relationship with you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; appeal a decision concerning a privacy request; or exercise another right provided by law.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

When Pantheon processes feedback on behalf of a business, the business may need to receive or act on the request. We may refer the request to that business or assist the business in responding.

We will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Marketing updates

Product news and marketing updates are optional and require a separate affirmative choice where required. Each marketing message will provide a way to unsubscribe.

We may still send operational messages needed to provide, bill for, administer, or secure an account.

Age

Good Signal accounts are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow a person under 18 to create an account.

Good Signal is not directed to children under 13. Businesses may not knowingly use Good Signal to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law or without any legally required consent or authorization.

Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through Good Signal unlawfully.

Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice as Good Signal changes or legal requirements develop. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
